Definition:

 

A legal measure by which a court orders the freezing or seizure of a debtor’s assets (bank accounts, real property, vehicles, business assets) to secure a creditor’s claim or enforce a judgment. UAE courts may issue precautionary attachment (Hajz Tahtiyati) before judgment to prevent dissipation of assets, or execution attachment (Hajz Tanfidhi) after judgment to satisfy the debt.

Injunction (Amr Waqf)

Diyya (Blood Money)
